Dean has been in construction for 3 decades and over 20 years as a business owner. He has navigated all the intricacies of every trade and general construction. His dedication to his clients and employees is exemplary, which in turn produces proficient and high-quality results for everyone.

 Tim has been managing projects with efficiency and proficiency for all his life. In turn, our clients return time and again for the satisfaction of a successful job and consistent results. As an owner, he brings leadership and spirit to our team while looking out for our clients.

 Dennis graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science degree and has been in the commercial construction industry for over 30 years. His background of Project Management, Estimating, Scheduling, Business Development and even casework fabrication, provides our clients with the confidence and satisfaction of a successful project and finished product.

 As a recent graduate of Miami University, Maddie ties her education and ability to analyze into producing optimum results for all our clients. She keeps things on track and flowing from project to project.

 Jesus brings multiple years of experience in both commercial and residential construction. Working with owners and clients to find their best finished product and bringing persistent attention to detail for every project.

Bringing over 10 years of business management to R2 through her business degree from Miami University, Trisha excels in handling the day to day tasks between her colleagues and the world beyond. 

 Having worked as a pipefitter and welder for almost a decade, Dalton brings a unique background to his position for finding solutions and answers for our clients’ problems and situations.
